Out Shopping, A day in the Life, & Bundle of Joy layouts

Hey y'all! Today, I wasn't actually scheduled to work but I went in to get some overtime hours. My job doesn't actually offer overtime that much so I'm trying to take advantage of it while I can. I am going to be doing alot of overtime this week by going in 3 hours earlier than my usual 4pm. Which is really going to cut into my crafting time. :(( But the paycheck will so be worth it.
For dinner tonight I started making ribs, but I was so hungry from not eating before I went to work I microwaved a family size banquet Salisbury steak TV dinner, than whipped up some mashed potatoes and garlic bread. I will finish the ribs and put them in them in the fridge for tomorrow that way, I'll only need to cook some sides and reheat the ribs.
I haven't been very good about keeping my promise to myself to craft a little bit everyday. But... I have been getting more craft time, which is really all I wanted.

For this layout I used a sketch by Jenny Evans from Creative Scrappers.  I have it pinned on my sketches board on pinterest. You can check it out here: http://pinterest.com/pin/281543697156301/

Relaxing Weekend

This weekend was a welcome rest from the go, go, go that my week consists of. We didn't work on the nightclub at all. Whoo Hoo! I am really starting to see why everyone doesn't want to own a business, cause it's HARD! But eventually, I will see the fruits of my labor. Even though I didn't get any real work done today was sort of productive, I did some housework.
Sometimes I really wish there were more hours in the day because there are so many things I wish I had more time for. My scrapbooking and genealogy are two of those things. I love to work on my scrapbooks and genealogy, unfortunately hobbies come in at the bottom of the list of things that need to be done everyday. *sad face* Speaking of hobbies has anyone ever noticed that there is a TV show for everything except crafts? I really wish they would make some shows about scrapbooking, stamping, jewelry making, sewing, cross stitching, crochet, knitting or some other type of crafting. If you need a host, I'd be happy to fill that position. Just saying.
Does anyone have any good reads they recommend? I love historical fiction and mystery fiction! But I'm not discriminating, I will read just about anything.
Good night,
Zanette
