Synopsis Sunday week 18

School
     This week Keiser University is on Spring break. I still don't know what my final grade is in my Photoshop class.its really starting to stress me out. I tend to worry uncontrollably when I really want to do well on something but don't know where I stand. It's something I really need to work on.

Family
     DJ has been really focused on boxing training. He is developing a good form,  he really seems to be a natural. Most importantly, he really seems to enjoy himself.
     Daidrian has reached that stage where hes into everything! He grabs at anything and everything within reach. I love it because DJ and Zan' Drea never really got like that. Daidrian is really nothing like his brother and sister personality wise.
     I took Zan' Drea fro her first mani/pedi at a salon in out local mall on Wednesday. She LOVED it. I let her pick her own color , she picked the brightest pink (Hot Bubble Gum Pink) they had.

Fight Night
     Dennis and I hosted a fight night for the Mayweather vs Guerrero event. Although it was fun, it was exhausting. I got off work at midnight, than returned for another 8 hr shift at 9, got off work ran to Walmart, cooked, prepared the seating, than finally sat down at drafting table to scrap while I watched the under cards. The main event was good. Mayweather actually apologized for not delivering a knock out. His excuse was that he hurt his right hand, and he was seriously apologetic about it. LOL! Mayweather had no reason to apologize, he delivered a entertaining fight.

Today I worked 12:30-8:30 to make up for Tuesday, when I called out from work. After work I monitored DJ take his shower and worked on homework.

Monday, 14 Jan. 2013

Today is Nicky's Surprise Baby Shower. She was so surprised that we planned her a baby shower without her knowing. I got her a gift set of diapers, wipes and a couple other diaper changing accessories. I bought cookies for the potluck we had as part of the baby shower.

Tuesday, 15 Jan. 2013

Today I had a schedule change done so I could be off work, because my Mother-In-Law had an appointment at 9AM and couldn't watch the kids while Dennis and I went to class. So, I went to the morning class and Dennis attended the evening class. While Dennis was at class I sent DJ and Zan' Drea to clean the toy room only t0 find the dancing around the toy room to music from Shakira's ipod.

Wednesday, 16 Jan. 2013

Today I called out of work due to the massive amount of homework we still had left. I decided to use sick time instead of making it up. While doing homework, I watched Pocahontas with Zan' Drea. She like the raccoon. at about 8:25 we noticed Emergency lights out side. We watched an Emergency Crew  take someone in an ambulance from our neighbor across the street. I started reading "Witch and Wizard" buy James Patterson today as well.

Today we had class again. I ended up calling out again but this time due to illness. I really didn't feel good today. Than on top of that I still had homework to finish.

Today, before I went to work, DJ and Zan' Drea were given Jello by Grandma. Zan' Drea calls it bello.

Today I worked 3:30-11:30 to make up for Thursday when I called out. Work really SUCKED! it was super busy and the manager on duty was being super cranky.

Today was pretty mundane. I worked 1-10PM, 9 hours. The extra hour as part of my make up time from New Years Eve, when we got off at 9PM instead of 12. I seen a list of movies coming out this year. There were quite a few on the list I would like to see.

Today, Dennis and I picked up out text books for class, which starts tomorrow. I discovered that Keiser has an app. Which I promptly downloaded. Only to discover that none of my class work has been posted yet.

Tuesday, 8 Jan 2013

Today was the first day of class, which was great but by the time we got home to learn that Daidrian and Zan' Drea had fevers and severe coughs. As a result, I called out of work to stay home Nd help with the kids.

Today we went to the lab to work on tutorial one. Which is really confusing. Than I came home and busted out the week one sketches. I am kinda proud of how well they turned out.

Today in class we started tutorial two, which seems way easier than tutorial one, which is still not complete. For dinner we had "fend for yourself night" since I didn't feel like cooking. The kids had a frozen pizza and Dennis and I, both had sandwiches.

This morning we had family homework time at the kitchen table. Dj worked on his writing skills, Zan' Drea colored, Dennis read his reading assignment, and I completed tutorial two.

Today was a surprise 7th birthday party for Lucious at Pizza Hut. We had a good time and Lucious seemed to enjoy himself. At the party Daidrian projectile threw up all over my purse. After the party we swung by Hobby Lobby so I could pick up a sketch book for Dennis and a better pencil set for myself. Later on I decide ld to invite Ashley to go to the mall with me to look for a new purse. I got a white Nine West purse.

Week 1 of 2013 in Review

I decided to do weekly reviews this year to assist me in remembering the little details of daily life. That way if I do not have time to sit down and scrap my week immediately, its okay those details are already recorded and saved for future reference.

Happy New Year!

Today DJ got up early and went with Grandma, Paw Paw, and Shakira to the family New Year get together. The rest of us didn't go because I had to be at work 2 hours after the gathering was scheduled to begin. We considered going and than Dennis drop me off at work but that would mean that he would need to pick me up at midnight when I get off.
After going to work, I was offered VTO (voluntary time off), so I came home early. Dennis and I started a new show on Netflix called Alias. Its about a woman named Sydney who is an operative for and organization called SD6, this organization tells it lower ranking operatives they are a branch in the CIA but they are not CIA. Sydney finds out that she is not working for the CIA so she goes to the CIA and volunteers as a double agent, to assist in bringing down SD6.

Today was pretty uneventful. We all slept in pretty late due to staying up really late last night. I had to be at work at 3 today so I spent most of my waking hours today at work.

Dinner: Fend for your self night.
DJ: Chicken Nuggets
Zan' Drea: Leftover chicken and beans
Daidrian: Bottle and baby food
Dennis: Chicken strips and fries
Me: BBQ Rib sandwich, Kettle Corn, and Honey Roasted Peanuts

Thursday, Jan 3rd, 2013

 I was off from work, today,  so I took Zan' Drea and DJ with me to hang out with my friend from work, Ashley and her grandpa. We ate Dinner at Bob Evans, DJ and Zan' Drea had chicken strips and fries, Ashley and I had burgers and fries and her grandpa had soup and bread. I brought home some Jimbo's Ribs and fries for Dennis. At 5:30PM I had orientation at Keiser University. My schedule was said I come in every day at 12:05-12:06 AM every day Sun through Sat so I missed the Online portion of orientation while trying to have that fixed. As a result I had to go in on Sat to redo orientation.
Today i decided to do my own version of One Little Word, The word I chose is FULFILL.

WARNING TMI today

 Today,  Dennis and DJ went and got hair cuts. Dennis got a Mohawk to match DJ since DJ has been asking him to get one. Dennis decided to stop and get Wendy's for lunch on the way home. I had to be at work at 3 again so, I packed my Wendy's for my dinner at work. DJ stayed the night at Lucious (his cousin) and Ti ti (my SIL, Nisha). Daidrian is constipated and was having trouble making bowel movements. I went to change him after I thought he had finished and I noticed he was backed up his anus was all stretched open from where he was pushing and you could see the booboo packed in there. He was clearly struggling and in pain. the area around his anus was kinda hard and and it looked ike his booboo was hard. I considered taking him to he hospital but that could take hours to get him seen so I pushed his legs up to his stomach to help push and took a wet wipe to cover my finger and helped him by pulling out the booboo. This was incredibly gross and the booboo had a little bit of blood. After spending some quality time on google about the matter I found some home remedies for aiding infants with constipation. I gave him some prune juice (which he didn't like but I made him drink) and since than his constipation seems to have left.

Dinner: family Nuggets, fries, and Dennis and I both got 2 Jr bacons. I also packed some snacks in my lunch box.

Saturday, Jan 5th, 2013

Went to orientation at 10:30 AM today with Dennis. During orientation Dennis decided to change his major from Accounting to Design and Multimedia, like me. Who changes their major 2 days before classes start!!!? Surprisingly the advisers made it happen for him now we are in all the same classes. After orientation we came home and picked up Daidrain and Zan' Drea and went to the mall to get some clothes since Keiser has a dress code  that requires business attire.  At the mall we ate some Charley's Steakery.


So that was my week thus far. I decided to do my weeks Sun through Sat. This may change to Mon through Sun, but for now I want to see how this works. Sorry about the TMI about Daidrian's bowl movements, but I really want to make sure I remember that for the scrapbook.
